24m² ground floor room with a double bed (180x200cm). The bathroom has a shower, toilet, washbasin with mirror and freshly washed towels. This room has an 8m² sheltered terrace with comfortable garden furniture and a hammock. Guest can also enjoy their breakfast on the terrace. This room has easy access to the shared dining room, garden sunbathing area and the pool.

- From 15 June to 31 August we can only accept bookings for a minimum of three nights.
- We offer a 30% discount for children under the age of 12.
- Since all our rooms are for two or three people, we can offer a 20% discount on the price of the room for those arriving alone.
- On the day of arrival you may check in between 15:00-18:00, on the day of departure you may check out between 08:00-10:00.
- The reservation becomes valid with the information written in the confirmation e-mail after the 30% deposit is paid.
- Tourist tax: 590 HUF/person/night, which is payable in cash over the age of 18.
- We are currently unable to accept pets.
- Our pension is smoke-free. Smoking is not allowedin rooms, terraces or common areas. Smoking is only possible in the designated area.
- Quiet hours between 22:00-08:00.
- Hosting Bachelor and Bachelorette parties is not possible.
- We can provide one parking space per room in our own parking lot.
